Warranty Policy

TOTALFLOW warrants the products against packing blowouts, materials defects and workmanship, as long they are owned by the original purchaser and remain installed on the vehicle on which they were originally installed.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the below limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Aluminized Steel Products: One (1) Year Limited Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

201 Stainless Steel Products: Lifetime Limited Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

409 Stainless Steel Products: Lifetime Limited Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

304 Stainless Steel Products: Lifetime Limited Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

Titanium Products: Lifetime Limited Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

The warranty is void if the product was not installed properly on the vehicle, was installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, or was removed from the vehicle on which it was originally installed and reinstalled on another vehicle.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including interior or exterior sound levels, cosmetic issues including but not limited to coatings and material discoloration, any product that was installed on a racing or commercial vehicle, installed against TOTALFLOW instructions or in improper way, altered, misused, repaired, damaged from accidents, collision, undercarriage road impact or debris, or willful or negligent act.

All Straight-Through mufflers which use mesh wrap sound absorbing material inside the muffler "to tune and cancel sound" will degrade over time. This degradation of sound absorbing materials is considered normal wear, not a material defect.

All attachment to mufflers must be made at the pipes, there should be no welding to the body shell or end caps as this will void the warranty.

TOTALFLOW's liability is limited to the replacement of the product. TOTALFLOW shall have no liability for the cost of installation or removal of defective products, the cost of labor or any additional parts required to complete the installation of the replacement product, including but not limited it towing or transportation costs, or return shipping costs.

In no event shall TOTALFLOW be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses and/or damages, including but not limited to interruption of business or loss of business or loss of profit or damage to related components resulting from the use of or inability to use the product, or any breach of warranty or any defect in the product, even if TOTALFLOW shall have been advised of the possibility of such potential losses or damages.

TOTALFLOW products must be registered throw our online Warranty Registration form within 30 days of purchase date.

TOTALFLOW warranty applies to products purchased from authorized dealers/retailers only, claims made from unauthorized dealers will be dealt with in a case by case basis. TOTALFLOW strongly suggest you to purchase products from authorized dealers/retailers to avoid dealing with warranty disapproval or counterfeit products, if you believe you received a counterfeit products, please email us at Support@totalflowusa.com and our legal department will deal with it immediately.

TOTALFLOW will only issue a replacement once the claim is validiated, please note that if we are not satified with images to velidate any claim, we may require to have the product back validiate the defect, this will be handled in a case by case basis.
